An invitation is one personal review link created through the API. Asking again for the same customer returns the same link and is not counted again. The counter resets on the 1st of each month (UTC).

API

Your service asks SiteReviews for a link for one customer. One link accepts one review; after that it closes.

Webhook

When the customer publishes a review, SiteReviews sends a signed notice to your address. Check the HMAC-SHA256 signature with your webhook secret, then reward the customer or update your CRM.
